Recently, important phased achievements have been made in the negotiation of cooperation on the Kaichang Intelligent Equipment project. In the third and fourth quarters of 2025, the company's management and project team conducted in-depth and fruitful business negotiations with key investment and channel partners in Jiangyin and Beijing successively.

During the negotiations, the two parties held in-depth discussions on the follow-up R&D priorities, marketing layout, policy control and other work based on the current market trends and policy guidelines of the industry.

Through in-depth exchanges with senior partners, Kaichang has not only further clarified its future strategic direction, but also provided useful references for the development of our follow-up work. This has laid a solid foundation for cooperation for the substantial progress of the project in the next stage.
